Board of Director Nominations 2025-2026

The Board Nominating Committee (BNC) is pleased to announce an open call to Society for Total Worker Health™ general members to fill two (2) open positions for President and President-Elect on the Society Board of Directors for 2025 and 2026.

The Board of Directors plays a critical role in the Society. The Board establishes the organization’s strategic direction and goals, and monitors progress toward reaching those goals on behalf of the membership. Desired attributes include a record of distinguished service and the potential for further contributions; demonstrated performance at the highest level in scientific, industrial, public sector, and/or educational communities; a commitment to devote the time necessary to perform Board duties effectively; and demonstrated expertise in Total Worker Health.

The Board meets virtually every month. In addition, a conference call is scheduled in early September to ratify Board candidate recommendations from the Nominating Committee. Additional conference calls may also be scheduled as the need arises.

Per the Bylaws, the Board of Directors (BoD) currently has four officers: president, president-elect, secretary, and treasurer. In addition, the Advisory Committee selects a chair who is a voting member of the Board.
